Welcome to MAA716 Financial Accounting!!! My name is Bryan Byung-Hee LEE and I am the unit chair of this course. I joined Deakin last August and this is my first trimester to teach this course at Deakin. Before joining Deakin, I had taught accounting courses at several different universities in China, Macau and France.

I hope that you find the trimester's study enjoyable and satisfying. I will endeavor to bring your knowledge up-to-date through our lectures. Since we discuss advanced issues in accounting, it is imperative that students read the textbook carefully and study the course materials on CloudDeakin in advance of attending lectures or watching videos. You are also encouraged to undertake discussions with your fellow students on Cloud Deakin, particularly regarding the assessment tasks.
