Deakin’s Civil and Commercial Law Clinic is a learning law firm operated by Deakin Law School (DLS). Staffed by legal experts, students in the final stages of their legal qualification have the opportunity to engage in real-world legal matters pertaining to areas of civil and commercial law.

Students gain hands-on, practical legal experience working in a real law firm by taking part in client interviews and managing case files, carrying these files through from initiation to closure whenever time permits.
